Vocational Education Foundation Trust, which has more than 40 years of expertise in computer education in India, established the ABC group of the institution's campus in Greater Noida in 1999. ABC University was established by the Himachal Pradesh State Legislature under “The ABC University Act” 2012. The University Campus is situated 30 kilometers from Chandigarh, on the Pinjore-Nalagarh National Highway at Atal Shiksha Nagar, Kallujhanda. The university's sprawling campus is equidistant from Chandigarh, Panchkula, Nalagarh, and Solan.
